Refund policy

Regular-price items may be returned or exchanged within 14 days of delivery.

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in brand-new condition. Items returned with stains, deodorant, cologne, or other smells will be rejected. 

For U.S. returns, we’ll provide a prepaid return label and deduct the cost of the label from your refund. Any original shipping charges are non-refundable.

For U.S. exchanges, West Major covers the shipping both ways.

All marked-down sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
